Notice of cessation of use for transmission system, etc. 0.1 (1) A notice required by subsection 114.10 (2) of the Act must contain a registrable description of the corridor land to which the notice relates. (2) The notice required by subsection 114.10 (2) of the Act may be given to the Minister of Infrastructure by delivering it to a lawyer employed in the Legal Services Branch of the Ministry of Infrastructure. (1) The Environmental Assessment Act does not apply with respect to a transfer of corridor land under subsection 114.13 (1) of the Act that is made on or before March 31, 2004. O. Reg. 114/03, s. 1.
