Commissioners by virtue of office 1. (1) The following, by virtue of office, are commissioners for taking affidavits in Ontario: 1. Members of the Assembly. 1.1 Persons employed in the constituency office of a member of the Assembly for the purpose of providing assistance to constituents, but only in connection with work done for that purpose. 2.
