(2) Traffic and parking control signs may indicate the periods during which the content of the sign applies. (3) The manager may establish a process for assigning parking in areas that are designated as reserved parking areas at specified times. (4) The manager may identify persons who may direct traffic in a manner that is contrary to any traffic and parking control signs in such circumstances as the manager considers appropriate. Sanitation 6. (1) The manager may establish protocols with respect to the cleaning and sanitation of the Terminal. (2) The protocols shall be consistent with any applicable guidance issued by, (a) the Ministry of Health related to the protection of health; and (b) the Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development related to the protection of employees. 11.
