(1) If a school board does not pay a required fee by the day specified in section 2, 2.1 or 3, as the case may be, the affected employers’ association shall notify every school board it represents of this fact. (1) Every employers’ association shall provide the applicable district school board and the Ministry with an audited financial statement in respect of each school board fiscal year. O.
