I-9, Council made the following regulations: 1. Witness fees For the purposes of the Interprovincial Subpoena Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. I-9 the following witness fees are prescribed: (a) $100 per day for an ordinary witness; (b) $300 per day for an expert or professional witness. (EC395/87) 2. Travelling and living expenses For the purposes of the said Act the following travelling and living expenses are prescribed: Actual, reasonable travelling expenses incurred in relation to attendance in court together with actual, reasonable living expenses, including accommodation, meals, local transport and sundry expenses.
