L-1, Council approved the following regulations made by the Labour Relations Board: 1. Application These regulations apply to the operation of the Prince Edward Island Labour Relations Board. Vice-chairman A Vice-chairman shall, a the request of the Chairman (a) preside over meetings of the Board, (b) act as Chairman of a panel of the Board, (c) carry out such other duties as may be necessary in the conduct of the Board’s affairs.
