A-19.1, the Lieutenant Governor in Council made the following regulations: 1. Definitions In these regulations (a) “Act” means the Archives and Records Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. A-19.1; (b) revoked by EC522/16; (c) “French Language School Board” means the French Language School Board (La Commission scolaire de langue française) continued under the Education Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. E-.02; (d) “Health PEI” means Health PEI established under the Health Services Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. H-1.6; (e) “Public Schools Branch” means the Public Schools Branch established under the Education Act. (EC601/15; 522/16) 2. Designation as public body Each of the following is designated as a public body for the purposes of the Act: (a) revoked by EC522/16; (b) French Language School Board; (c) Health PEI; (d) Public Schools Branch.
