N-.01, Council made the following regulations: 1. Definition In these regulations, “Act” means the Narcotics Safety and Awareness Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. N-.01. (EC643/13) 2. Monitored drug In addition to the controlled substances listed in the Schedules to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (Canada), a drug product that contains any of the following substances is a monitored drug for the purposes of the Act: (a) Tramadol; (b) Tapentadol; (c) any opioid not listed in Schedule I of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (Canada).
