L-17 1. Responsibility for Provincial Super-Loto (1) The Atlantic Lottery Corporation is responsible for the purchase, distribution and sale of tickets in, and the conduct and operation in the province of, the lottery scheme known as “The Provincial Super-Loto” in accordance with the terms of the agreements made between the Prince Edward Island Lotteries Commission and the Interprovincial Lotteries Corporation. Application of regulations (2) The regulations of the Interprovincial Lotteries Corporation apply to the conduct and operation of the lottery scheme mentioned in subsection (1). Idem (3) For the avoidance of doubt it is declared that the Atlantic Lottery Corporation Regulations do not apply to the lottery scheme mentioned in subsection (1).
