Application of certain provisions of Act to limited licensees 2.1(1) For the purposes of subsection 2(2.2) of the Act, in the provisions set out in the Appendix, a reference to “member” includes a reference to a “limited licensee”, and those provisions apply, with any necessary modification, to limited licensees who are entitled to engage in the limited practice of law in Saskatchewan. (2) For the purposes of this section and the Appendix: (a) references to “disbarred”, “disbarment” or other grammatical forms of those words that are contained in the provisions mentioned in the Appendix are to be read as “removed”, “removal” or other applicable grammatical forms of those words; (b) references to “roll” that are contained in the provisions mentioned in the Appendix are to be read as “register of limited licensees”. 12 Sep 2025 SR 74/2025 s3.
