Interpretation 2 In these regulations: (a) “Act” means The Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission Act; (b) “payday lender” means a payday lender as defined in The Payday Loans Act. 11 Jne 2010 cS-17.1 Reg 2 s2. Designated financial services 3 For the purposes of subclause 2(c)(ix) of the Act, carrying on business as a payday lender is an activity designated as a financial service. 11 Jne 2010 cS-17.1 Reg 2 s3.
