In order to preserve the integrity of the original statutes and regulations, errors that may have appeared are reproduced in this consolidation. 2 R-19.01 REG 4 COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES CHAPTER R-19.01 REG 4 The Renewable Resources, Recreation and Culture Act Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Commercial Activities Regulations. Commercial activities 2 For the purposes of clause 2(a) of The Renewable Resources, Recreation and Culture Act, the following are determined to be necessary or incidental to or used for the commercial undertakings of the department: (a) the administration, management, development, maintenance and disposition of any land designated as park land pursuant to The Parks Act, including: (i) the acquisition by purchase, lease or otherwise of land, facilities, machinery, equipment, materials or supplies; and (ii) the provision of labour, technical, professional, supervisory and administrative services; for those purposes; and (b) the provision of facilities, programs and services to the people of Saskatchewan and visitors to Saskatchewan using the lands mentioned in clause (a), including: (i) educational and recreational facilities, programs and services; and (ii) accommodation, food and convenience facilities and services. 17 Aug 90 cR-19.01 Reg 4 s2.
