Interpretation 2 In these regulations, “Act” means The Saskatchewan Natural Resources Transfer Agreement (Treaty Land Entitlement) Act. 4 Aug 2017 c S-31.1 Reg 1 s2. Agreements confirmed 3 Pursuant to clause 2(2)(d) of the Act, the following agreements in English and French are confirmed and are to take effect according to their terms: (a) the Muskoday Natural Resources Transfer Agreement Amendment Agreement entered into between the Government of Canada and the Government of Saskatchewan, dated March 10, 2008; (b) the Sturgeon Lake Natural Resources Transfer Agreement Amendment Agreement entered into between the Government of Canada and the Government of Saskatchewan, dated March 10, 2008; (c) the George Gordon Natural Resources Transfer Agreement Amendment Agreement entered into between the Government of Canada and the Government of Saskatchewan, dated November 28, 2008; (d) the Pasqua Natural Resources Transfer Agreement Amendment Agreement entered into between the Government of Canada and the Government of Saskatchewan, dated November 28, 2008; (e) the Carry the Kettle Natural Resources Transfer Agreement Amendment Agreement entered into between the Government of Canada and the Government of Saskatchewan, dated April 29, 2015; (f) the Cowessess Natural Resources Transfer Agreement Amendment Agreement entered into between the Government of Canada and the Government of Saskatchewan, dated April 29, 2015; (g) the Kawacatoose Natural Resources Transfer Agreement Amendment Agreement entered into between the Government of Canada and the Government of Saskatchewan, dated April 29, 2015; (h) the Ahtahkakoop Natural Resources Transfer Agreement Amendment Agreement entered into between the Government of Canada and the Government of Saskatchewan, dated March 9, 2022; (i) the Mistawasis Nêhiyawak Natural Resources Transfer Agreement Amendment Agreement entered into between the Government of Canada and the Government of Saskatchewan, dated May 27, 2022; (j) the Zagimē Anishinabēk Natural Resources Transfer Agreement Amendment Agreement entered into between the Government of Canada and the Government of Saskatchewan, dated June 20, 2022. 4 Aug 2017 c S-31.1 Reg 1 s3; 1 Aug 2025 SR 65/2025 s2. 4 SASKATCHEWAN NATURAL RESOURCES TRANSFER S-31.1 REG 1 AGREEMENT (TREATY LAND ENTITLEMENT) Coming into force 4(1) Subject to subsection (2), these regulations come into force on the day on which The Saskatchewan Natural Resources Transfer Agreement (Treaty Land Entitlement) Amendment Act, 2001 comes into force. (2) If The Saskatchewan Natural Resources Transfer Agreement (Treaty Land Entitlement) Amendment Act, 2001 comes into force before the day on which these regulations are filed with the Registrar of Regulations, these regulations come into force on the day on which they are filed with the Registrar of Regulations. 4 Aug 2017 c S-31.1 Reg 1 s4.
