Public Notice Canadian Navigable Waters Act The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways hereby gives notice that a submission has been added to the Navigable Waters Registry pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for public comment described herein and its site and plans. Pursuant to paragraph 10(1)(b) of the said Act, the Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways has deposited with the Ministry of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search Registry (http://cps.canada.ca/) and under the registry number 5397 a description of the following work, its site and plans: Bridge Replacement on Highway 904, C.S. 904-01 km 25.87 over Flotten Creek, approximately 12.5 km north of the junction with Highway No. 951, near Flotten Lake. (GPS Coordinates: 54° 35' 3" N, 108° 31' 37" W).
