Safety lights 2 For the purposes of section 43 of The Highway Traffic Act, “safety lights” means red flashing stop lamps within the meaning of section 90 of The Vehicle Equipment Regulations, 1987. 24 Dec 92 cH-3.1 Reg 15 s2.
