Exemption granted 2 Exemption is granted to holders and former holders of: (a) a class B bingo licence from liability to pay any amount pursuant to subclause 3(1)(b)(ii) of The Gaming Licensing Regulations; (b) a class C bingo licence from liability to pay any amount pursuant to subclause 3(1)(c)(ii) of The Gaming Licensing Regulations; (c) a licence to manage and conduct a break-open lottery from liability to pay any amount pursuant to subclause 3(1)(d)(ii) of The Gaming Licensing Regulations; (d) a licence to manage and conduct a raffle in which the total value of all prizes awarded is in excess of the lesser of $2,000 and any amount prescribed pursuant to subclause 98.2(1)(b)(ii) of The Alcohol and Gaming Regulation Act from liability to pay any amount pursuant to subclause 3(1)(e)(ii) of The Gaming Licensing Regulations; (e) a bingo licence from liability to pay any amount incurred on or after April 1, 1994 pursuant to subclause 3(1)(a)(ii) of The Saskatchewan Gaming Regulations; (f) a break-open ticket licence from liability to pay any amount incurred on or after April 1, 1994 pursuant to subclause 3(1)(b)(ii) of The Saskatchewan Gaming Regulations; and (g) a raffle licence from liability to pay any amount incurred on or after April 1, 1994 pursuant to subclause 3(1)(c)(ii) of The Saskatchewan Gaming Regulations. 10 Feb 95 cF-13.4 Reg 8 s2.
