Public Notice Canadian Navigable Waters Act The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways hereby gives notice that a submission has been added to the Navigable Waters Registry pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for public comment described herein and its description. Pursuant to paragraph 10(1)(b) of the said Act, the Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways has deposited with the Ministry of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search Registry (http://cps.canada.ca/) and under the registry number 5405 a description of the following work: Bridge Replacement on Highway 120, C.S. 120-02 km 44.02 over White Gull Creek, approximately 44 km north east of the Highway 265 junction to Candle Lake. Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation can be sent through the Comment Project Search site mentioned above under the Comment section (search by the above referenced number) or if you do not have access to the internet, by sending your comments directly to: Adekunle Azeez, Bridge Project Manager 306-519-7970 adekunle.azeez@gov.sk.ca Note that comments will be considered only if they are received not later than 30 days after the publication of this notice.
