Prisoner escort and prisoner security expenditures 2 For the purposes of subsections 345(4) and (5) of The Cities Act, for the fiscal year 2003-2004 the cost to the Government of Saskatchewan of providing prisoner escort services and prisoner security services in the previous fiscal year, 2002-2003, is: (a) $320,000 for the City of Regina; and (b) $320,000 for the City of Saskatoon. 19 Mar 2004 cC-11.1 Reg 3 s2.
