Interpretation 2 In these regulations: (a) “Act” means The Professional Corporations Act; (b) “real estate agent” means an individual who is registered pursuant to The Real Estate Act as: (i) a broker; (ii) a branch manager; (iii) an associate broker; or (iv) a salesperson. 22 Jly 2011 SR 52/2011 s3.
