Agreement to provide financial assistance 2 The Minister of Health is authorized to enter into and execute agreements for the provision of financial assistance to HIV-infected persons, their spouses and dependants that are substantially in the form set out in Part I or Part II of the Appendix to these regulations. 7 Jan 94 cG-5.1 Reg 65 s2.
