Agreement to provide financial assistance 2 The Minister of Health is authorized to enter into and execute agreements for the provision of financial assistance to HIV-infected persons, their spouses and dependants that are substantially in the form set out in Part I or Part II of the Appendix to these regulations. 7 Jan 94 cG-5.1 Reg 65 s2. The Appendix to The Extraordinary Assistance (HIV-infected Persons) Regulations is on file at the office of the Registrar of Regulations, Legislative Building, Regina, Saskatchewan, and may be inspected between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, not including statutory holidays.
