1 NOTARIES PUBLIC N-8 REG 1 The Notaries Public Regulations being Chapter N-8 Reg 1 (effective July 16, 1982) as amended by Saskatchewan Regulations 136/84, 38/89 and 69/90. NOTE: This consolidation is not official. In order to preserve the integrity of the original statutes and regulations, errors that may have appeared are reproduced in this consolidation. 2 N-8 REG 1 NOTARIES PUBLIC CHAPTER N-8 REG 1 The Notaries Public Act Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Notaries Public Regulations. Interpretation 2 In these regulations, “Act” means The Notaries Public Act. 23 Jly 82 cN-8 Reg 1 s2. Fee 3(1) Subject to subsection (2), the fee payable for an appointment pursuant to the Act as a notary public is $200.
