Highway 305 Dalmeny Road Restriction Order

MINISTER’S ORDER NO.: 305-2025-WR4 ORDER for Restricting Weight Designation on Provincial Highways Pursuant to clause 35.1(1)(d) of The Highways and Transportation Act, 1997, the Minister hereby Orders: 1. For the purpose of managing traffic on and protecting provincial highways, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that effective 12:01 AM, October 31, 2025, unless revoked by a Minister’s Order, any person, vehicle or class of vehicles is hereby restricted to operate at the weights set out in Part Four pursuant to The Vehicle Weight and Dimension Regulations, 2010, on provincial highway No. 305, from the junction of First street in the Town of Dalmeny to the junction of Provincial Highway 16 shall be restricted as follows: a. Weights identified as Secondary Weights in Appendix A of the Vehicle Weights and Dimension Regulations, 2010, 2. Clause (kk) of Appendix D of The Vehicle Weights and Dimensions Regulations, 2010 ( the 15 kilometre provision), is not in effect under this Order.
