MINISTER’S ORDER No: 36-2024-WR2 ORDER for Weight Restriction on Provincial Highway No. 36 Reference: Provincial Highway No. 36 from the junction of Grid 715 to the junction with Highway No. 2. Pursuant to section 35.1 of The Highways and Transportation Act, 1997, the Minister hereby Orders: Effective 11:59 PM, May 31, 2024. Provincial Highway No. 36 from the junction of Grid 715 to the junction with Highway No. 2. Shall be restricted as follows: • Limited to secondary weights. The 15 kilometre rule off a primary weight highway does not apply. This Order will remain in effect unless sooner varied or rescinded.
