Interpretation 2 In these regulations, “Act” means The Operation of Public Registry Statutes Act. 25 Oct 2013 cO-4.2 Reg 1 s2. Designated Acts 3 For the purposes of clause 2(2)(q) of the Act, the following are designated as Acts with respect to which a service agreement may be entered into: (a) The Common Business Identifiers Act; (b) The Credit Union Act, 1985; (c) The Credit Union Act, 1998. 2 Apr 2015 SR 26/2015 s2. Coming into force 4(1) Subject to subsection (2), these regulations come into force on October 19, 2013.
