In order to preserve the integrity of the original statutes and regulations, errors that may have appeared are reproduced in this consolidation. 2 CONTACT LAKE P-1.1 REG 7 SURFACE LEASE AGREEMENT CHAPTER P-1.1 REG 7 The Parks Act Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Contact Lake Surface Lease Agreement Regulations, 1991. Surface lease agreement 2 The Minister of Parks and Renewable Resources and the Minister of Community Services are hereby authorized to enter into and execute an agreement granting surface rights to Cameco Corporation, Uranerz Exploration and Mining Limited and Westward Explorations Ltd. substantially in accordance with the provisions set out in the form of the agreement contained in the Appendix. 5 Jly 91 cP-1.1 Reg 7 s2. Rental payment 3 Notwithstanding any other regulations made pursuant to The Parks Act, the minister may determine the amount of rental payments under the agreement mentioned in section 2 in accordance with the provisions of that agreement. 5 Jly 91 cP-1.1 Reg 7 s3.
