1 PROVINCIAL MEDIATION BOARD (FEES) P-33 REG 1 The Provincial Mediation Board (Fees) Regulations being Chapter P-33 Reg 1 (effective June 19, 1996) as amended by Saskatchewan Regulations 79/1997. In order to preserve the integrity of the original statutes and regulations, errors that may have appeared are reproduced in this consolidation. 2 P-33 REG 1 PROVINCIAL MEDIATION BOARD (FEES) CHAPTER P-33 REG 1 The Provincial Mediation Board Act Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Provincial Mediation Board (Fees) Regulations. Amount of fee payable 2 The amount of the fee payable by a creditor to the Provincial Mediation Board, pursuant to section 6 of The Provincial Mediation Board Act, is equal to 10 % of the total amount to be paid by the debtor under an agreement between the debtor and the creditor. 28 Jun 96 cP-33 Reg 1 s2.
