1 MISSSION RIDGE SKI DEVELOPMENT P-34 REG 6 The Mission Ridge Ski Development Inc. Development Agreement and Lease Regulations being Chapter P-34 Reg 6 (effective March 26, 1986). In order to preserve the integrity of the original statutes and regulations, errors that may have appeared are reproduced in this consolidation. 2 P-34 REG 6 MISSSION RIDGE SKI DEVELOPMENT CHAPTER P-34 REG 6 The Provincial Parks, Protected Areas Recreation Sites and Antiquities Act Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Mission Ridge Ski Development Inc. Development Agreement and Lease Regulations. Agreement and Lease 2 The Minister of Parks and Renewable Resources is hereby authorized: (a) to enter into a Development Agreement and Lease granting rights to Mission Ridge Ski Development Inc. in accordance with the provisions set out substantially in the form of the Development Agreement and Lease contained in the Appendix; and (b) to enter into and execute an agreement and lease with Mission Ridge Ski Development Inc. substantially in the form of the Development Agreement and Lease contained in the Appendix. 4 Apr 86 cP-34 Reg 6 s2.
