1 LOON LAKE AND DISTRICT GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB P-34 REG 7 The Loon Lake and District Golf and Country Club Inc. Development Agreement and Lease Regulations being Chapter P-34 Reg 7 (effective June 18, 1986). NOTE: This consolidation is not official. In order to preserve the integrity of the original statutes and regulations, errors that may have appeared are reproduced in this consolidation. 2 LOON LAKE AND DISTRICT GOLF P-34 REG 7 AND COUNTRY CLUB CHAPTER P-34 REG 7 The Provincial Parks, Protected Areas, Recreation Sites and Antiquities Act Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Loon Lake and District Golf and Country Club Inc. Development Agreement and Lease Regulations. Agreement and Lease 2 The Minister of Parks and Renewable Resources is hereby authorized: (a) to enter into a Development Agreement and Lease granting rights to Loon Lake and District Golf and Country Club Inc. in accordance with the provisions set out substantially in the form of the Development Agreement and Lease contained in the Appendix; and (b) to enter into and execute an agreement and lease with Loon Lake and District Golf and Country Club Inc. substantially in the form of the Development Agreement and Lease contained in the Appendix. 27 Jne 86 cP-34 Reg 7 s2.
