1 PROVINCIAL SECRETARY’S P-35 REG 1 The Provincial Secretary’s Regulations being Chapter P-35 Reg 1 (effective October 1, 1981) as amended by Saskatchewan Regulations 107/1988, 11/2009, 105/2010, and 56/2011. NOTE: This consolidation is not official. Amendments have been incorporated for convenience of reference and the original statutes and regulations should be consulted for all purposes of interpretation and application of the law. In order to preserve the integrity of the original statutes and regulations, errors that may have appeared are reproduced in this consolidation. 2 P-35 REG 1 PROVINCIAL SECRETARY’S CHAPTER P-35 REG 1 The Provincial Secretary’s Act Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Provincial Secretary’s Regulations. Interpretation 2 In these regulations, “Act” means The Provincial Secretary’s Act. 9 Oct 81 cP-35 Reg 1 s2. Fees 3 The fee payable pursuant to the Act is $50 for: (a) a certificate authenticating the appointment, or the appointment and signature, of any notary public or other official whose commission, letters patent, licence or other instrument or document effecting his or her appointment is or is required to be in the possession of the Provincial Secretary; (b) a certified copy of an instrument or document; or (c) a certified extract from a register. 20 Feb 2009 SR 11/2009 s2; 29 Oct 2010, SR 105/2010 s2; 19 Aug 2011 SR 56/2011 s2.
