Director’s powers 7 The director may: (a) prescribe any forms that he considers necessary in connection with the administration of the Act and these regulations; (b) designate any private agency or department of the Government of Saskatchewan as a referral agency for the purpose of these regulations; (c) subject to section 4 of the Act, enter into arrangements with public or private agencies for providing rehabilitation services; (d) establish any policy or procedure that he considers necessary for the administration of these regulations. 17 Dec 82 cR-17 Reg 1 s7. Minister’s power 8 The minister may: (a) prescribe the conditions of eligibility for a service; (b) require ministerial approval for the furnishing of a service; (c) subject to section 4 of the Act, enter into arrangements with public or private agencies for sharing the costs of providing services; and (d) do any other thing that he considers necessary for the proper administration of the Act and these regulations. 17 Dec 82 cR-17 Reg 1 s8.
