Reciprocating states 2 The Reciprocal Enforcement of Judgments Act, 1996 applies to the following jurisdictions: (a) British Columbia; (b) Alberta; (c) Manitoba; (d) Ontario; (e) Nova Scotia; (f) New Brunswick; (g) Prince Edward Island; (h) Newfoundland; (i) Yukon Territory; (j) Northwest Territories; (k) Nunavut. 16 Apr 99 cR-3.1 Reg 2 s2.
