1 HEALTH CENTRES (HOSPITAL STANDARDS ADOPTION) R-8.2 REG 7 The Health Centres (Hospital Standards Adoption) Regulations being Chapter R-8.2 Reg 7 (effective September 12, 2007) as amended by Saskatchewan Regulations 26/2011. Standards applicable to health centres 2(1) The following provisions of The Hospital Standards Regulations, 1980, being Saskatchewan Regulations 331/79, are adopted, as amended from time to time and with any necessary modification, for the purpose of governing the operations of facilities that are health centres within the meaning of The Facility Designation Regulations: (a) Repealed. 3 Jne 2011 SR 26/2011 s2. (2) If a term defined in section 1 of The Hospital Standards Regulations, 1980, being Saskatchewan Regulations 331/79, is used in any of the provisions adopted pursuant to subsection (1), that definition is adopted, with any necessary modification, for the purpose of applying the adopted provision to health centres. 21 Sep 2007 cR-8.2 Reg 7 s2.
