Interpretation 2 In these regulations: (a) “Act” means The Saskatchewan Telecommunications Act; (b) “corporation” means Saskatchewan Telecommunications continued pursuant to section 3 of the Act; (c) “wireless customer” means a customer of the corporation’s wireless service who has the capacity to place emergency 911 telephone calls through the Sask911 system and who is assigned a telephone number associated with Saskatchewan. 17 Oct 2008 cS-34 Reg 6 s2. Requirement to pay fee 3 To reimburse the corporation for the costs mentioned in clause 9(1)(d.3) of the Act, every wireless customer is required to pay the corporation a fee of $0.21 per working telephone number per month. 17 Oct 2008 cS-34 Reg 6 s3. Coming into force 4(1) Subject to subsection (2), these regulations come into force on October 15, 2008.
