1 WANUSKEWIN HERITAGE PARK S-64 REG 5 The Wanuskewin Heritage Park Corporation Designation Regulations being Chapter S-64 Reg 5 (effective January 1, 1991). NOTE: This consolidation is not official. In order to preserve the integrity of the original statutes and regulations, errors that may have appeared are reproduced in this consolidation. 2 S-64 REG 5 WANUSKEWIN HERITAGE PARK CHAPTER S-64 REG 5 The Superannuation (Supplementary Provisions) Act Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Wanuskewin Heritage Park Corporation Designation Regulations. Interpretation 2 In these regulations: (a) “Act” means The Superannuation (Supplementary Provisions) Act; (b) “Wanuskewin Heritage Park Corporation” means the Wanuskewin Heritage Park Corporation established pursuant to section 3 of The Wanuskewin Heritage Park Act. 2 Aug 91 cS-64 Reg 5 s2.
