1 NEW CAREERS CORPORATION DESIGNATION S-64 REG 6 The New Careers Corporation Designation Regulations being Chapter S-64 Reg 6 (effective July 4, 1992). NOTE: This consolidation is not official. In order to preserve the integrity of the original statutes and regulations, errors that may have appeared are reproduced in this consolidation. 2 NEW CAREERS S-64 REG 6 CORPORATION DESIGNATION CHAPTER S-64 REG 6 The Superannuation (Supplementary Provisions) Act Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The New Careers Corporation Designation Regulations. Interpretation 2 In these regulations: (a) “Act” means The Superannuation (Supplementary Provisions) Act; (b) “New Careers Corporation” means the New Careers Corporation established by Order in Council 598/84 pursuant to The Crown Corporations Act, 1978. 24 Dec 92 cS-64 Reg 6 s2.
