In order to preserve the integrity of the original statutes and regulations, errors that may have appeared are reproduced in this consolidation. 2 SUPERANNUATION S-64 REG 7 (SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS) CHAPTER S-64 REG 7 The Superannuation (Supplementary Provisions) Act Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The District Health Boards Designation Regulations. Interpretation 2 In these regulations: (a) “Act” means The Superannuation (Supplementary Provisions) Act; (b) “district health board” means a district health board established or deemed to have been established pursuant to The Health Districts Act. 26 Nov 93 cS-64 Reg 7 s2.
