In order to preserve the integrity of the original statutes and regulations, errors that may have appeared are reproduced in this consolidation. 2 SUPERANNUATION S-64 REG 8 (SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS) CHAPTER S-64 REG 8 The Superannuation (Supplementary Provisions) Act Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Tourism Authority Designation Regulations. Interpretation 2 In these regulations: (a) “Act” means The Superannuation (Supplementary Provisions) Act; (b) “Tourism Authority” means the Tourism Authority established by The Tourism Authority Act. 26 May 95 cS-64 Reg 8 s2.
