Definitions 2 In these regulations: “Act” means The Protection From Human Trafficking Act; “form” means a form set out in the Appendix; “public guardian and trustee” means the public guardian and trustee continued pursuant to The Public Guardian and Trustee Act. 3 Sep 2021 SR 84/2021 s2; 25 Mar 2022 SR 10/2022 s3. Forms 3.1(1) An application for a protection order made pursuant to section 3 of the Act is to be in Form A. (2) A protection order issued pursuant to section 4 of the Act is to be in Form B. (3) An application for a warrant made pursuant to section 8 of the Act is to be in Form C. Coming into force 4(1) Subject to subsection (2), these regulations come into force on the day on which section 1 of The Protection From Human Trafficking Act comes into force.
