In order to preserve the integrity of the original statutes and regulations, errors that may have appeared are reproduced in this consolidation. 2 “SIGNIFICANT”, DEFINED, SR 171/72 TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE SASKATCHEWAN REGULATIONS 171/72 The Trade Union Act Ministerial Regulations Under Section 42 of The Trade Union Act, 1972 1 In these regulations, unless the context otherwise indicates, words and expressions have the same meaning as in The Trade Union Act, 1972. 18 Aug 72 SR 171/72 s1. 2(1) The number of employees deemed to be “significant” for the purpose of section 42 of The Trade Union Act, 1972 shall be: (a) the number specified in writing in the collective bargaining agreement between the trade union representing such employees and the employer of such employees, or (b) the number determined by the method of determining the number of employees that shall be deemed to be “significant” as set out in writing in the collective bargaining agreement between the trade union representing such employees and the employer of such employees.
