Interpretation 2 In these regulations, “Act” means The Wanuskewin Heritage Park Act, 1997. 4 Jly 97 cW-1.3 Reg 1 s2. Allowance and reimbursement 3 For the purposes of subsection 5(8) of the Act, the authority may pay the members, other than members who are employees of the Government of Saskatchewan: (a) an allowance for their services at the rates approved by the Lieutenant Governor in Council; and (b) reimbursement for their expenses incurred in the performance of their duties at the rates paid to members of the public service of Saskatchewan. 4 Jly 97 cW-1.3 Reg 1 s3. Borrowing limits 4 For the purposes of section 12 of the Act, the authority may borrow money to a maximum of: (a) $250,000 for operating purposes; (b) $500,000 for capital purposes; and (c) subject to the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, $10,000,000 for capital purposes related to the Thundering Ahead Capital Redevelopment Project, if the borrowing occurs in either or both of the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 fiscal years. 17 Apr 2020 SR 37/2020 s2.
