Definitions 2 In this Act: “constituency” means a constituency established pursuant to section 4; “northern constituency” means a constituency north of the dividing line described in The Constituency Boundaries Act, 1993; “southern constituency” means a constituency south of the dividing line described in The Constituency Boundaries Act, 1993. 2022, c 48, s 2.
