Definitions 2 In this Act: “employer” means a person, firm, association or body that has one or more workers in the service of the person, firm, association or body and includes any person, firm, association or body prescribed in the regulations; “poppy” means a poppy recognized by the Royal Canadian Legion; “worker” means an individual who is engaged in the service of an employer or a member of a category of individuals prescribed in the regulations. 2023, c 47, s 2. Right to wear a poppy 3(1) Every worker in Saskatchewan has the right to wear a poppy in the workplace during the period in each year commencing on November 1 and ending on November 11.
