Order for payment of costs by or to the Crown 2 In an action or other civil proceeding commenced before any court in Saskatchewan by the Crown or by the Attorney General or any person on behalf of the Crown, or in any other action or civil proceeding to which the Crown or the Attorney General or any person on behalf of the Crown is a party: (a) the costs of and incidental to the action or proceeding shall be in the discretion of the court, to be exercised in the same manner and on the same principles as between party and party; and (b) the court may order payment of costs by or to the Crown in accordance with the principles mentioned in clause (a). 2021, c 29, s 2. 29,29 Recovery of costs by Her Majesty 3 When costs are awarded to the Crown, the same remedies as are authorized for enforcing payment of costs as between subject and subject shall be available for the recovery thereof.
