Jurisdiction of court 2 The Federal Court of Canada has jurisdiction, in accordance with the Federal Court Act (Canada), in cases of: (a) controversies between Canada and Saskatchewan; (b) controversies between any other province or territory of Canada, that may have passed an Act or ordinance similar to this Act, and Saskatchewan.
