Definitions 2(1) In these regulations, “Act” means The Trespass to Property Act. (2) For the purposes of the Act, “person” includes the Crown in right of Canada. 26 Aug 2022 SR 67/2022 s2. Occupier’s authorized representative 3(1) An occupier may authorize an individual or an organization, orally or in writing, as the occupier’s representative for the purpose of exercising a power or performing a duty of the occupier pursuant to the Act. (2) The following activities in or on all or part of any premises are deemed to be prohibited activities for which notice is deemed to have been given pursuant to section 10 of the Act: (a) public intoxication; (b) use of a controlled substance in contravention of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (Canada); (c) threatening to cause physical harm to any person or property, whether the threat is communicated through verbal, physical or other means; (d) public urination or defecation; (e) intentionally causing damage to the premises or to any personal property located on the premises; (f) any activity that constitutes an offence pursuant to the Criminal Code. 25 Apr 2025 SR 28/2025 s2.
