1 PUBLIC EMPLOYEES BENEFITS AGENCY R-22.01 REG 1 The Public Employees Benefits Agency Regulations being Chapter R-22.01 Reg 1 (effective August 4, 1983) as amended by Saskatchewan Regulation 139/83. NOTE: This consolidation is not official. In order to preserve the integrity of the original statutes and regulations, errors that may have appeared are reproduced in this consolidation. 2 R-22.01 REG 1 PUBLIC EMPLOYEES BENEFITS AGENCY CHAPTER R-22.01 REG 1 The Revenue and Financial Services Act Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Public Employees Benefits Agency Regulations. Interpretation 2 In these regulations, “superannuation Act” means an Act or part of an Act listed in Table 1 of the Appendix. 12 Aug 83 cD-22.02 Reg 1 s2. Designation of plans 3 Every superannuation plan established under a superannuation Act and the group life insurance plan, the disability income plan and the dental plan established by the Government of Saskatchewan for employees of a public agency are designated as programs to be administered by the Public Employees Benefits Agency pursuant to subsection 31(2) of The Department of Revenue and Financial Services Act. 12 Aug 83 cD-22.02 Reg 1 s3.
