In order to preserve the integrity of the original statutes and regulations, errors that may have appeared are reproduced in this consolidation. 2 MEMBERS OF THE LEGISLATIVE L-11.1 REG 2 ASSEMBLY BENEFITS CHAPTER L-11.1 REG 2 The Legislative Assembly and Executive Council Act Order in Council 1875/81,dated December 15, 1981 His Honour the Lieutenant Governor in Council, onthe recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 58.1 of The Legislative Assembly and Executive Council Act, makes regulations in accordance with the attached Schedule, effective the date of this order. Title 1 These regulations may be cited as The Members of the Legislative Assembly Benefits Regulations. Schemes established 2 The plans or schemes established for the benefit of members in accordance with section 58.1 of The Legislative Assembly and Executive Council Act are: (a) the disability income plan for certain public employees in the province; and (b) the group life insurance plan for certain public employees in the province. 31 Dec 81 cL-11.1 Reg 2 s2.
