Assigning to the Minister of the Environment, the Administration, Management and Control of Certain Public Lands Whereas the Governor General in Council is satisfied that the public lands described in the schedule hereto are required for wildlife research, conservation or interpretation. Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the Canada Wildlife Act, is pleased hereby to assign to the Minister of the Environment, the administration, management and control of the public lands described in the schedule hereto. In the Province of Nova Scotia Chignecto National Wildlife Area Amherst Point Sanctuary Unit Being all those two parcels of land, in the county of Cumberland, bordered by a heavy line according to plan 66108 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa; THE SAID parcels of land containing 409.56 hectares (1,012 acres), more or less.
