Transfer of the Crown Corporation Secretariat Regulations (Royal Canadian Mint and Canada Post Corporation)

Transfer of the Crown Corporation Secretariat Regulations (Royal Canadian Mint and Canada Post Corporation) Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 123(1) of the Public Service Employment Acta, hereby makes the annexed Transfer of the Crown Corporation Secretariat Regulations (Royal Canadian Mint and Canada Post Corporation). S.C. 2003, c. 22, ss. 12, 13 Subsections 132(1) and (2) of the Public Service Employment Act1 apply to all persons employed or engaged in the portion of the federal public administration within the Canada Revenue Agency known as the Crown Corporation Secretariat, relating to the Royal Canadian Mint and the Canada Post Corporation. These Regulations come into force on February 6, 2006.
