Transfer of the Communications Security Establishment in the Department of National Defence Regulations

Transfer of the Communications Security Establishment in the Department of National Defence Regulations His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 123(1) of the Public Service Employment Acta, hereby makes the annexed Transfer of the Communications Security Establishment in the Department of National Defence Regulations. S.C. 2003, c. 22, ss. 12 and 13 Subsection 132(1) of the Public Service Employment Act applies to all persons employed or engaged in the portion of the federal public administration in the Department of National Defence known as the Communications Security Establishment. These Regulations come into force on November 16, 2011.
